Here in Clark County, Homebridge has a product called “Home Is Possible,” which is a VA loan option that gives you a discounted interest rate. Another option is that they can lend you up to $2 million at 100% financing for the VA bar. As for the VA cap, their limit is at $2 million. Through a program like this, you can take advantage of your VA benefits to get into luxury homes.
